League Basics:

- Made up of US/UK squads who wish to participate.
- Every squad plays each other at least once.
- The top teams 4 going into a play off at the end. 1 vs 4 - 2 vs 3
- Maximum pilot limit is 6, unless both teams can field more. Though it has to be equal at the start of each half. E.g can start 6v6, but go to 8v8 if more show. However, if 8v8 at start, and one leaves, it will be 8v7, the one that did not lose a pilot does not have to drop one.
- Map Boundries are 2 Squares.
- Runwaying/Ramming is not allowed.
- No Alt Limit
- Standard GE+US GB + SU
- Once half started, you cannot change Nation or Plane.
- No Lining up on runways.
- Halves will be 20mins long each way.
- All Matches cancelled due to server crash must be played at the earliest opportunity. Any match not played will result in both teams forfeiting. Squadrons may receive a win if they have tried to organise and play a match but the other team has failed to appear. If for some reason a squad feels they cannot make a pre arranged match they may request a postponement if, and only if, the other team agrees. Any such request must be made and a new time agreed a minimum of 72hrs before the original match time.

Scoring:
- Use overall Ratio which will be calculate via the scoring script.
- Failing to produce 1 pilot within 10mins of start time, gives the win to the opposing team.
- Gain 1 Point for winning a half, and a bonus point for winning the entire game, making a possible of 3 maxium to be obtained.

Behaviour:
-Squadrons will restrict themselves to friendly comms and will heed the commands of the referee at ALL TIMES.
Referees will be instructed to penalise any squadron that disrupts the other teams by flooding the comms or refuses to obey their commands.

Runway Ramming is not in the best interests of sportsmanship. Consistent and deliberate ramming by an individual or team will result in that team being penalised. Continued misbehavior after this point will result in forfeit of the game. In this matter the Referee has the final judgement.

Unsporting behaviour: this league is intended to be fun for all teams playing in it, consequently teams must be seen to be playing the game fairly. It is not permissible for a squadron to deliberately remain seated on the runway and refuse to take off or to avoid engaging the enemy for prolonged periods of time. Neither is it permissable for a team to 'quit' a match early because they are losing, if you do not think your squad is good enough to compete in your assigned division please let the League Master know and he may try and find you a position in a lower division. .
It is at the referees discretion as to whether he/she feels that a squadron have been deliberately unsporting and they can award the game to the opposition and or remove any ratio points the offending team may have scored in that game.
The referees decision on this will be final, supported by a recording of the game to the LM. Any disputes will be handled by the LM
The Referee must not be rammed, shot, stabbed, run over, mutilated, burned, covered in tar or feathers, beaten, battered, verbally or physically abused, or generally ignored. Any referee that feels they have been mistreated may complain to the LM who reserve the right to relegate or even dismiss a squadron from the league. Squadrons must cease shooting and land immediately at the end of each half. If a squadron continues killing then they may be penalised. Squadrons must refrain from verbally taunting other teams. Banter is what the game is all about. Abuse is not. Judgment in this matter will reside in the hands of the Referees.

Grievance / Complaints:
If squadrons have a complaint regarding one of the other teams, or a referee, the CO only will email the League master. Complaints that appear on a Notice Board will not be taken seriously and will be ignored.

Tags:
In order of fairness, i believe that the tags should be identifiable from one and another. E.G WS 00, WS 000 WS 000 will not be allowed. However [Warships]1, [Warships]2 will be.
As longa as the tags are listed on the CLP and can be easily told apart, the tag is fine.

Reffing Duties:
SNL has always assigned refs. I believe we should do that. E.G Usha vs TS - WS REF. Now which ref is upto the squad. Using the ticket system, the squad should have a week to decide who refs. Though i do propose when rooms are created the assigned ref's squad is also allowed to view the arena, leaving it open for others to ref.
